well first of all I'm a DIY Guy but when my AC problems got so far over my head, I had to have help, I just went and googled a shop close to me. I had no experience with the TXRV Guys but as soon as I spoke to Steve, I knew it was a shop I at least had to try. Ray became the guy that I spoke to the most and unlike some Techs, he talked to me and not down to me. they diagnosed my problem and recommended a solution. it was an expensive fix but not because they over charge for their work but because my 2018 Berkshire needed a retrofit for the AC system. my units were no longer made nor supported with parts. After some discussion and their recommendations my wife and I decided to take the plunge. we are about to retire and wanted a long-term fix for our ACs and this is what they said they would do if it was theirs.
They knew we were spending a lot of money with them that we really hadn't planned on, so they did their best to make us feel good about it. as unpleasant as I was at times, they just continued to show kindness and understanding.
Ray was amazing, Steve was always willing to help keep me updated on the progress and when we finally went to pick it up we met Josh (owner) and it was clear where the Team got their great attitudes and patience. As a DIYer I can tell you these are the guys you want on your side. I'm sorry I don't remember the young lady's name that answers the phone, but she too was always so pleasant. I hope I don't need help again but if I do I know where I'm going.
Mark, thank you for the detailed review and for trusting our team with your Berkshire’s AC retrofit. We’re glad Steve, Ray, Josh and everyone on the crew treated you with respect and kept you informed through the process. We appreciate your patience with an unexpected and costly repair and are happy we could provide a long-term solution that gave you confidence. Enjoy your upcoming retirement, and we’ll be here if you ever need us again.
